We are really sorry about the issue that occurred when placing your order. As explained during our conversation, this was due to a system error after a recent update, that led to placing the order twice. This has now been fixed and measures have been taken to prevent this from happening again. Both of the orders have now been fully refunded as well as the postage fees and the funds should be back in your account over the next few days.
