we are very sorry to hear you feel this way, and your experience in the Stratford was rather disappointing.
Regarding the stock of some products not being available, this is something to do with the brand merchandising team as well as other factors such store size etc. especially compared to Marylebone or Bluewater, as they are flagship concept stores. However we will always be happy to order anything you need and send it to your house or preferred location free of charge.
We value your feedback about the customer service in store, and I will personally speak to the team to make them aware about you negative experience and hopefully be able to amend mistakes in the future.
