Easy enough process, but I won't give 5 stars to a company which is still sending junk mail after my son insured a car through them once ten years ago

Don't expect to be able to see your documents on line.

I have been asking/trying to get my documents on line now since I purchased them and they are still not available - very poor service. All the PDF files I have been sent I have been unable to open...
