Thanks again for your feedback on the product. As your screen was supplied with the BetterVue mesh we only provide magnetic strips rather than magnet to go around the whole screen. The gap created shouldn’t allow bugs in that can be stopped by the mesh. It also reduces the number of strips you need to attach to your window frame which is a preference for some customers. For the vast majority of customers this works well, but if there are any issues please get in touch.
