Delivery worked fine. Product still to be fitted. I ordered pack of 400 fixings for roofing after a quick count up there is only approx 100 fixings

Hi Andrew

Thanks very much for your feedback, we were disappointed to see that the order was not complete,  this is most unusual and in the circumstances we have investigated fully at the depot, my manager has said that he was of the understanding that your original order had not included the missing items as you had collected the requested quantities when you had arrived, and that you needed to return to collect further items, so we do feel it is a little unfair that your feedback reflects a problem with our collection service.   I can see from your feedback you were happy with the products so we would welcome the opportunity to have a chat about this further to see if we can retain your business.
