We're sorry to hear that we have not met your expectations and that you have been unhappy with the service and products. It is to my understanding that this has been dealt with by the Management Team, and has been recognised by the refund which has been processed. Unfortunately, due to GDPR we do not store card details and our automated care payment provider, holds the card information within the secure system for up to 6 months.
