Thanks for this feedback. We are sorry that you were not able to work with our product. We sell thousands of meters of coving each year and hundreds of plaster ceiling roses. All of our decorative plaster mouldings are hand made - some are British Made and some are imported. When installing we are happy to provide advice and information as required. We will look again at our installation information to see whether we can provide more information for installers that don't have experience with working with our products.
