Thank you for your feeback. I am sorry you didn't find the Capstar effective, but pleased to see that you were very happy with our service, prices and delivery times. If you've not done so already, you may also need to use a household flea spray such as Acclaim or Indorex as only 5% of a flea infestation is present on the animal and the rest is in the environment. This is important to kill the eggs and larvae that would otherwise jump onto your pet when fully developed as adults. It may also be worth trying an alternative spot on product such as Advantage which is one of our bestselling flea treatments and contains a different active ingredient called Imidicloprid.
