All purchase made have been good. I still do not like the Omega 3, there must be a better way capsule to put it in.

Sorry to hear that you do not like the Omega 3, Christothea. We would recommend our Sacha Inchi Oil (https://www.metabolics.com/sacha-inchi-oil-200ml.html) as an alternative as it can be dropped into drinks or food. One teaspoon of the Sacha Inchi Oil is equivalent to 2-3 of the omega 3 capsules. I hope this helps!
