Matrix Nutrition service is a bit slow as its online only but they do respond to all your queries and they try to resolve your issue, if any. So its not bad.
Ordered the product in September, spent nearly £80 for something that hasn't been delivered.
Emailed Matrix nutrition with no reply, also contacted DHL twice, again with no reply.
