I have review the tracking and can see that Fedex delivered the parcel on 10/19, however this is a few days later than our 2-3 working day promise. I have arranged for your delivery charge to be refunded as compensation for this delay, and please once again accept our apologies. You should see the funds arrive back in your account in the next few days.
