Wheels came thanks however the slat has now broken on the second time of using the bed!! Have emailed asking for a full refund and the bed to be collected. If I could give minus stars for this product I would! Definitely NOT made to last!! Shame as reflects badly on your company!

OK we will get that arranged for you tomorrow then once Jay-be are back in the office.
Not to make light of your troubles but I do feel you have been unlucky here - we have sold thousands of Jay-be beds and in general there are not many issues.
However - with that said - the most common issues is broken slats on the ones with wooden slats. Because of this Jay-be have been moving most of their models onto a wire mesh base which so far we have not heard of any issues with.
If you are still in need of an adjustable bed then i recommend that you go for one with a mesh base rather than slats.
