Quality of this wool seems to have changed since I last ordered it. It feels thinner and has a lot of fluff and knots in it. I will not be buying it again!

Hello, thanks for reaching out. I'm sorry the Sirdar Snuggly DK you ordered did not meet your expectations. The mills we work with really try to knots this happening, but the industry standard allows for a tolerance of up to 3 knots per ball as knots are a direct result of new threads being joined together during spinning.
