My parcel arrived promptly and well packaged but did not have any excess packing with it. I can recycle everything they sent with my local authority

Received quickly but returned both items and found the returns form long and arduous to fill out as had to find order number, item numbers and names. Could this not be pre-printed?

Lovely cardigan, this is the second one I have had in different colours. I love the length of the sleeves not too long for a short person. It was delivered very quickly too.
