Thanks for your reply. I believe professionalism is paramount when dealing with customers. Julia Travel broke the rule at every point of the tour, first point of contact (please move that lady AWAY from the counter), keep customer updated regarding tour and show the customer appreciation for the time and money that they have spent towards the tour by delivering the tour Isango promised that they would. I hope this feedback helps improve your service.
