Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

I really am sorry to hear of the difficulties as well as disappointment that your family experienced whilst in resort. I dont feel thar issue has been properly dealt wirh. I had flagged to customer services before i left that it was my first holiday with two six year olds and I was still put a 20 minute walk away. I got lost wirh my children duee to poor signage which was an exceptionally scary experience.. this is not ok. And i shouldnt feel like i have been palmed off by guests relations
