We do offer the option to raise any and all enquiries with our customer services team prior to making a purchase as well as after to ensure you have the most accurate information possible, regrettably the bracelet you ordered we were unable to modify as it was comprised of a solid piece of rope.
The extension mentioned in the screenshot is for bracelets and/or necklaces that are chains, we even mention we can add 'links' as in links in a chain. Regrettably we cannot modify the length of your bracelet as this would permanently damage the item, I hope you understand.
