All items would be quality checked and placed in the box to be presented beautifully on display for gifting by our packing team before dispatch. Unfortunately, in this case, the item must have fallen behind the packaging while in transit with the courier, in turn becoming tangled.
I do apologise that this did not arrive presented in the box as it usually would, however the item is personalised and was successfully delivered, therefore the item would not be eligible for return.
I am aware that there was no previous mention of the item being scratched, if you can email us at info@hurleyburley.com with an image, we would be happy to assist you further.
