Thank you for your review. I am pleased that you found our online and delivery to be quick and efficient. As discussed this is our entry level bed and as this is the case I am afraid that it will have less in the mattress than other models. We did explain this at the time of order but understand this was budget driven. We have posted a new headboard bolt that will solve the issue.

Whilst the bed didn't arrive on the day stated as they forgot to put it in the van, it did however reach promptly the next morning.
