Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

I have put a poor mark here because of the courier service. I had 41 plants delivered in 4 big boxes that looked as if they had been kicked around the yard before they went out. They left them out...

Thank you for your valuable feedback. I am sorry to hear that your delivery was roughly handled by the courier. We send 1000's of orders a week and occasionally some do get poorly dealt with during transportation. We regularly review our couriers and I will be bringing this matter up with the despatch manager prior to the next review. It is a relief to hear that your plants are in good health and not heavily damaged.
