Thanks very much for providing your feedback. I must say how sorry I am that your order was delayed slightly, I think that there was a delay with the plants being lifted over the Easter weekend which resulted in the delivery taking a day or so longer to arrive. With regard to the RootGrow, this is supposed to be a consistency of wallpaper paste as a way of evenly covering the roots of the plant, if this was not perfect it does not particularly matter - So long as the solution is in contact with the root-ball it will be effective.
