Hi, Thank you for your feedback. I am so sorry for all the delivery issues with your order and I completely understand how disappointing and frustrating this was for you. I have left you a voicemail and I have also emailed you regarding the delivery. And I will also escalate this to our DPD account manager. It is lovely to hear you are pleased with your Laurel Caucasica. They will knit together to create a beautiful dense evergreen hedge. During the spring they produce tiny white flowers that are popular with butterflies and bees and during winter they produce small red berries that hungry birds love.
