Hi, thanks for leaving this feedback for us. Apologies, however we have checked again, and again there arent any emails from your email address above to us about the confirmation email. It no problem, we can forward the 2 copies of the confirmation emails that were sent to you. I am not sure if you are sending your query to the correct email address, as we have nothing from you since we emailed you before. It of course would make it hard for us to respond to an email we cannot locate. I will also send you a return form and pre paid label to return the item you mentioned.
