order a lot from them, most plants arrive in good condition so no complaints, did order some lavendar plug plants and 8 out of 24 were dead but were cheap.

The service is OK, but it would help if, when you know that plants are not ready immediately, they would let you know when they are due. I have had plants arriving unexpectedly at very inconvenient...
