I am sorry to hear of the disappointment with your order. This is not the way in which we expect our plants to arrive so I do apologise. It looks like they were delayed in transit over the Bank Holiday weekend so may have suffered as a result. I will contact you via direct email to discuss this further with you. I am sorry to hear of the poor experiences with your orders. Dobies should have updated you regarding any delay so apologies if this was not the case and you had to chase delivery.
