Have take it daily for a year now. It is difficult to conclude any direct exclusive effect. Perhaps it has contributed to increased vitality.

Many thanks for your review. It is sometimes difficult to gauge benefits from taking supplements. One of the best ways is to stop taking the supplement and see if you notice any difference then. It dmay also be worth checking in with your Practitioner to see if you still need to keep taking it. Hope this helps. All the best!
