Independent heating/timer per 2x slice sides. Good, wide slots for hand-sliced bread. Even toasted colour. After having a couple of toasters that were not great at all, this one's a keeper.
Despite trying all different levels of toasting, the toast is either black on one side or underdone. Toaster looks stylish but I'd rather have decent toast. I hope to be able to return it.
