We sincerely regret the disappointment regarding the guided Colosseum tour. While both the Roman Forum and the Colosseum are offered as choice experiences, the Travel Director may only be able to offer one option due to logistical considerations such as weather, time constraints, traffic conditions, national holidays, or preparations for major events. These factors can occasionally limit access to certain sites, including museums and sightseeing venues. Your comments regarding the Rome hotel’s location and condition are also noted and will be reviewed carefully. Your insights are invaluable in helping us improve the clarity and consistency of our offerings.
