Looks good but covered in sticky residue that doesn’t seem to come off easily. I don’t want to scrub and ruin the surface especially as it was a present. Item was not expensive but postage and packing

Our warehouse manager has advised that this product shouldn't be sticky unless it's maybe glue from the barcode label. He has advised boiling some water inside the Karahi to remove the glue. Our customer service team will also be in touch to check that this works.
