I have had my cutlery for along time, and my husband lost 2 items, a teaspoon…
I have had my cutlery for along time, and my husband lost 2 items, a teaspoon and a dessert spoon and i was made up that I could order them and make my set up to 6 again.

The service was excellent and quick, but the amount of newspaper you used to pack…
The service was excellent and quick, but the amount of newspaper you used to pack the china was way over the top. Bubble wrap would have been much better.

From years of experience we've found that, as well as being environmentally friendy , newspaper is one of the best packing materials availble for sending china. Apoligies if it made a bit of a mess when unwrapping! Jane
