Easy to find the china tea service that we required. Good up to date numbers in stock This gave us an indication of rarity and enabled us to order more at this time in case of accidents.

very helpful staff who telephoned me to check that they were going to send me the correct product. Also they exchnged a product that I had ordered in error for the correct one without question.
