We are sorry to hear that your delivery was not up to the usual standard.
We contacted Palletline, following your email to us, and they informed us that there was an issue with their tracking system that day, which is why they were unable to provide you with an ETA.
In regards to future orders, it is worth noting that we now offer upgraded delivery services which guarantee either an AM or PM delivery window, to avoid you having to wait around all day in future.
