Fab food, average service
I've not had the best experience with the website when ordering. First time I ordered 2 bags of food and only got sent 1 bag then the second time my order was labelled up incorrectly so was delayed...

Carnilove Salmon Kibble
Product good. Delivery arrangements poor. There should be no requirement for the customer to be at home for a delivery of dog food. This was very inconvenient and, in my view, quite unnecessary

Packaging below normal standard
Two bags of dry food were packaged in a plastic wrapping rather than a box that it normally arrives in. It was not damaged, but more by good luck than resilience of the packaging. Not what I normally...
