Your comments have been noted and we would just like to explain why we have had to temporarily remove excess inventory. Covid has a lot to answer for! We follow Government guidelines and that endorsed by various UK tourism bodies. They are unanimous in their recommendations and we have had to put a number of items into store whilst we live amidst this pandemic. Saying that, we do supply a chopping board. Occasionally we find guests leave some items in strange places but if you had made contact with us on the telephone number on your confirmation we would have been happy to supply a new one. Appliance instructions are considered a contamination risk due to the difficulty sanitising them and much of this information is now available online in our Guest Information Folder, or available by calling our reception office. Unfortunately it is just not practical to print off new copies for each guest. We are sorry to read that you had difficulty with the smoke alarm and the internal phone system. We have checked the villa in which you stayed and unfortunately can find no problem. We have however made a note in case it is an intermittent problem so thank you for making us aware.

Your feedback is appreciated. All the 2 and 3 bedroom villas and apartments are privately owned and we do encourage guests to upgrade the furniture and soft furnishings as needed. Some of the refurbishments have been delayed due to the financial impact of Covid. From your booking details we note there was only two in your party and if you wished to consider booking one of our newly built one-bedroom garden view villas these are very modern and may be more to your taste. Your comments are noted and we are sorry the furniture and carpets were not to your liking. We have an ongoing maintenance programme and this winter a number of owners are upgrading certain aspects such as the sofa bed, chairs, laminate flooring and carpets. Since the cottages are privately owned, it is of course down to each owner but rest assured they are encouraged to keep up standards. Thanks again for this feedback.
