We had a problem with the boiler on the first night so no heating or hot water but we phoned Best of Suffolk on the Saturday morning and an engineer was sent round within an hour!

I am sorry that you were disappointed with the standard of cleanliness at the property. I have forwarded your comments on to the housekeeping agency who deal with the property to make them aware of this and will work with them to ensure their standards remain at the level you, and we, expect.
In regards to the shower we agree that you should have been notified about this, unfortunately we had not been made aware of the issue so were unable to do so. It is our standard practice to work with owners to arrange quick and efficient repairs to any broken items and I am sorry that this had not happened in this instance. Again, we have highlighted this to the housekeepers to ensure they adhere to our policies.
