Amazing
I love Packt Publishing. They offer a free tech book everyday, and have great deals. The few times I've had to contact customer service was great as well.

I pre-ordered the ebook instead of the paperback (my error) and tried to correct that vy mailing the support. It took very, really very long, literally weeks, to get an answer at all from them. ...
