Delivery only part received - have sent THREE emails - one marked "complaint" in the the last three weeks - no response has been received. The phone number published on the website is never answered.

as well as the three original emails to the "telegraph shop" (as per the website) I have now sent 2 emails to the smedia@thompson-morgan.com - STILL NO RESPONSE, not even an acknowledgement, let alone any actual information.
05/04/2023 at 20.47 and 14/04/2023 at 00.13 and I have just sent another one. PLEASE WILL SOMEBODY DEAL WITH THIS - you have taken the money !

The product doesn’t do a useful job and is dangerous to use. I asked to return it for a refund and received no reply.

Yes, absolutely. All efficient from ordering to delivery. I don't know about the item as I gave it straight to my son as I haven't a garden now........I enjoy seeing his tomatoes grow instead!
