Great store loads of items but some members of the staff where very rude and unhelpful

Hi Joe, I am really sorry to hear this - it is the first time anybody has ever said our staff were either rude or unhelpful - the guys normally get nothing but praise from our customers! Please can you tell me roughly when you visited our store? This is a review for an online order placed on Mar 16 2019 so I'm guessing it could have been around that time - we did have a member of staff back then who is no longer with us.
