We thank you for taking the time to review us and are very sorry to note that you have been disappointed with the amount of the premium that you have paid. The premium is calculated by the insurer - not us - but what we do as your broker is to shop around on your behalf to see if we can find any better for you. Unfortunately, what you wish to insure is not accepted by most insurance companies and we agree that the premium is high compared to an ordinary home insurance policy. We are not privy to how the insurers calculate their premiums but we can confirm that we have received a lot of claims for this type of cover, with our highest one to date being £400,000!

Perfectly satisfied with our cover.
The policy remained the same but we were able to make a saving thanks to an offer of £10.

No problems!
Just a renewal but I am given plenty of warning and the price hadn't increased! I also received a £10 off voucher early payment offer. An easy experience.
