Hi, we would like to apologise once again for the delay of your order. We are the largest stockist and distributor of ABS Pumps in the UK, however on this occasion we were low in stock of these particular pumps due to the bad weather conditions. We therefore ordered them directly from the ABS hub in Luxembourg in the hope they would reach you quicker than our stock order. When we found your delivery would be delayed we asked ABS to deliver them from their factory in Ireland. We also as a good will gesture gave you a discount code to use on our web shop, which has since been used to purchase another ABS pump and was ordered on Friday and delivered to you today. As you can see from previous reviews this is an extremely rare occurrence. We hope that this doesn't affect any future business between ourselves. Regards Peter Bunton Director
