Checking out as a guest does leave some limitations as to what you can check, as we do not keep your details to register an account for you. If you had regiestered for an account you would have had full tracking and be able to see what was going on.
As you checked out as a guest, if you call us we would be able to advise exactly what was going on for you.
I can see we did receive 2 emails from you, the first was asking what was going on with your order, my colleague replied advising "I have called through to the store to ask about your order and it is currently not with them. It looks like it will now be in store this friday for you to collect, is that enough time for your event?"
My colleague was asking this incase your event was sooner than friday, they would have arranged for a DPD delivery free of charge.
We then received another reply from yourself asking what my colleagues email meant as it was rather vague, had it been dispatched, and also would you receive any email once it is in store.
Another colleague received this email and advised that we only dispatch to our whittingtons stores once a week, and that if friday was not suitable let us know so we can try to sort something out for you.
We're sorry that our service did not meet your expectations, if you choose to order with us again please call us so we can give you the right information straight away and sort out any problems.
