Poor customer service

I was given a car that needed air in 2 tyres. It also had no liquid in the windscreen washer. I contacted Kia and they advised me that they would contact me with tyre pressures and I’m still waiting....

They dealt with us quickly and gave us a hire car . We were only without a car for one day They also kept us jp to speed with what was happening to our car
