Here at American Holidays, we strive to always put our customers first and we are glad to hear that you were satisfied with our travel expert, Linda. Also, to address your point about the documentation- due to the fact that schedules may change, we only issue documentation closer to departure date as we like to issue our clients with the most up-to-date information at all times. I hope that this clarifies why we only issue invoices at the time of payment and then official documentation closer to departure date. Please feel free to contact me with any other questions.
