Easy to shop and purchase. Only negative is the "no cancellation" policy. Most tours and attractions have a reasonable policy, say 30 days for example.

Slight confusion if you have to cancel
Ordering the tours was very easy, however, when it came to having to cancel one (I'd accidentally over-booked), it required a 20 minute phone call. The agent was nice enough, and I was refunded...

QR scanner didn’t accept my receipt
Hopped on with electronic receipt and guide told us we’d have to get off at next stop and have our QR code scanned. Scanner wouldn’t accept my QR code and we were told to walk four blocks to the bus...

Trip Advisor is a great way to weed through all the offerings of a city you are not familiar with - I have used them exclusively for the last several years and have many great trips to show for it
