Thanks for your feedback and further help in resolving this matter. I understand that as two adults, you had hoped that joining the family kayaking tour would mean a more leisurely pace. Unfortunately on this occasion, there were no other families booked on the tour. You did in fact follow the family itinerary and had your own guide, but the decision of the guides to keep you together with the Island hopping group on the days where the itineraries coincided probably meant you pushed on faster than you may otherwise have done.
Following our subsequent conversations we established that you felt that the kayaking (around 3 hours per day) required a level of endurance for which you were not prepared and we have amended our website to further clarify the amount of paddling. I am of course glad you felt that both guides did an extremely good job in view of the situation that they were placed in and that you thought that the accommodation and meals were good. Thankyou once again for your help in clarifying your feedback which is invaluable in improving our service.
