Thank you for your feedback. We understand that the timeframe for returns can sometimes be inconvenient. As stated in our return policy on the website, we are unable to process refunds for orders returned after 30 days. It is imperative to note that we do not maintain stock of Top Knobs hardware, necessitating the return of each item to the manufacturer. Their policy mandates returns within a certain timeframe, which we are obligated to adhere to. However, we understand the inconvenience this may pose and sincerely wish we could have provided further assistance.
