A few adjustments
Hole could be a little bigger more filling in pillow not real comfortable,tried to sleep over another pillow to much,overall did help get my ears well from sores on edge of earlobe

Product good, delivery good, service v good. All enquiries answered promptly. Only comment I would make is that the pillowcase hole is slightly too large and pillow still gets slightly marked. D...

Thank you for your feedback. The pillowcase is something we will be improving over the coming months. We like it, but it isn't perfect, and we demand perfection. An illusory concept but one worth pursuing.

The service was excellent. The pillow is all right, but it is a bit hard. I’m not sure it’s helping, but my ear isn’t as painful. I’ve also been using solver sol gel twice a day on my ear. I do wake...

Hi there,

Thank you for your feedback. It's really helpful for us to know where we can improve.

With regards to the firmness; have you tried un-stuffing the pillow and re-stuffing it with less filling? This will both make the pillow softer and reduce the loft, so it will work well with your existing pillow. There's a zip included so you can easily do this.

It may take a little trial and error to find your perfect firmness but once you get it I think you'll really enjoy the pillow. Please let me know if there's anything else I can do for you.
