I learnt a lot. The challenge is always to apply it.

Well structured course with very knowledgeable presenter efficient organisation. Maybe some pre-work or a few more tasks for delegates would have been good.

Thanks for your email and very sorry to hear you have left a negative response on the service received from the IDM. We have looked into your query and can see that you did indeed have difficulties logging in but my colleague did try and rectify the problem within 2 hours of receipt of your email.

I will look into the process of uploading pre course work and try to streamline this for future attendees.
