Disappointed

First order did not arrive. Second order did but plant looked very poor quality. Some broken stems and brown leaves. Packaging needs to be looked at.

It appears that I am not alone in being very dissatisfied in the quality of plants from Suttons. The response is very poor and autobot generated or cut and pasted for a similar reply. I do not expect this from a company that I have been dealing with for years. I seriously doubt I'll shop with them in the future.
