Try to keep your communications with the same staff member.

Labels not fit for purpose, (hopefully a one off) poor communication at that time, mix up with previous order leading to wrong finish to label ordered (not totally our fault), re-ordered as labels...

Hi Joseph - thank you for your feedback but I do feel this is a bit harsh! I love receiving constructive feedback but in this case I'm struggling to work out why we deserved one star for service. As soon as you made it clear by email you were not happy I contacted you to explain Jack was on holiday and Fiona, by mistake and our only mistake did not read his notes and contacted you when she didn't need to. I offered a refund as you requested but you decided to proceed with the order with no further contact and it was dispatched to you yesterday for delivery today as I promised. The original problem was we were not told of your specific requirements so delivered the labels to the standard specification clearly shown on our website. The positive from this is that Fiona has learnt not to rush as even small mistakes can lead to one star reviews! Best wishes Alistair Tillen Founder.
